Booking Conditions for Mondou's Nail Trimming Services and Self-Serve Dog Wash Stations

  1. Eligibility:

Nail trimming services and self-serve dog wash stations are exclusively available to active members of the Cuddle Club program.

  1. Booking:

Reservations must be made online through Mondou’s booking system. Alternatively, a Cuddle Club members may use the self-serve dog wash station if it is available at the time of their visit.

  1. Personal Use Only:

The services and facilities provided are strictly for personal use and may not be used for professional or commercial purposes, including any activity that generates revenue.

  1. Pricing:

The nail trimming service is available at a cost of $10.00 plus taxes, but it is free for Cuddle Club members with "Devoted" or "Beloved" status.

  1. Compliance with Store Rules:

Customers must follow all store rules and instructions provided by staff at all times. Specifically, customers must ensure they provide Mondou employees performing the nail trimming service with any relevant information about their pet (e.g., behavior, health, preferences, precautions, and contraindications). Customers must also leave the self-serve dog wash station clean after use.

  1. Cancellations:

In case of cancellation, please notify the relevant store as soon as possible to allow other customers to benefit from the services. Mondou reserves the right to cancel or refuse a service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where an animal’s behavior, health, or other circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.

  1. Liability:

Mondou is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of its services. By booking and using the services, you agree to release Mondou and its employees from any liability related to the services and usage of the self-serve dog wash stations, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Changes to these Terms:

Mondou reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any updates will be posted on Mondou’s website.
