Nail-Trimming service

We offer a professional nail trimming service for cats, dogs and small pets, by reservation only, where the service is available. Our trained staff have undergone advanced training at our Mondou Academy, and are fully competent with clipping techniques. Your pet will be in good hands!

If you're in the store with your pet to do your shopping, don't hesitate to ask about the availability of the service, even without an appointment. If a trained employee is available and the station is not busy, he or she will be happy to trim your pet's nails.

Duration: 15 minutes

Fees: $10 for non-member clients and Cuddle Club members with Loyal level*.

The service is free for Cuddle Club members with Passionate and Chouchou levels (Become a member).

*Cuddle Club members at the Loyal level can pay with their Cuddle points.

Our Golden Rules

The well-being of our employees as well as that of your animal is important to us.

Your pet must never be left alone in the service room. Your presence is required throughout the appointment.

If your pet shows signs of stress or nervousness, please inform our nail-trimming specialist immediately.

Follow the specialist's instructions to ensure that your appointment runs smoothly.

Please note that our nail-trimming specialist may refuse to trim your pet's nails for any reason, or interrupt the session before or during the appointment, if deemed necessary.
