Would you like to give your dog or cat a bath while keeping your bathroom clean and dry? Our self-service Doggie Wash facilities are the ideal solution! What's more, they're free with a reservation. Make the most of it! In-store, you'll find all the products you need, including shampoos, towels and brushes, to pamper your companion.

To take advantage of our free DOGGIE WASH service, users must present their Cuddle card before access. The Cuddle card is free and available in all our stores and online (Become a member).

Our Golden Rules

The well-being of our employees as well as that of your animal is important to us.

Your pet must never be left alone in the service room. Your presence is required throughout the appointment.

If your pet shows signs of stress or nervousness, please inform our nail-trimming specialist immediately.

Follow the specialist's instructions to ensure that your appointment runs smoothly.

Please note that our nail-trimming specialist may refuse to trim your pet's nails for any reason, or interrupt the session before or during the appointment, if deemed necessary.
